OVERVIEW

 

WeShop is the first Shoppable Social Network that combines shopping with social media. Designed with all the functionality consumers have come to expect from social media, WeShop lets you shop the products you love and connect with other people all while earning a stake in the business.

WeShop brought me in to improve the User Experience and App Interface as the design had been through many iterations along with several development teams, leaving the overal user journey and aesthetic disjointed.

Through conducting User Research, Prototyping and Testing, we created a seamless experience, unified the entire app and generated a 600x increase in sign ups.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

How might we can make it easier for users to manage the eCare area and understand what is missing in the current platform?

Customer service overload

Customer service representatives are very busy answering calls from confused users regarding the eCare platform; one of our goals is to reduce the costs of the customer service team and free up their time for more urgent issues.

Design not matching with main website

eCare design didn’t match with the main website, there’s no design system so the challenge is to make sure users find consistency when navigating to eCare from the global website.
